Service Description

*INCLUDES - Design Essentials relaxer application from root to ends to straighten virgin, natural hair. Flat iron or curl, trim and style. *Please avoid excessive scratching or manipulation of the hair prior to service. (ADD $10 if an additional relaxer is needed.) *DO NOT BOOK SERVICE IF - you have open sores or lesions on the scalp, you have washed your hair within the last 72 hours or you have taken down a long term or high tension hair style within the last 72 hours.

Cancellation Policy

If you can't make it to your appointment, please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before the appointment time by going to www.rockkaluxecollection.com and logging in to your account. "No Shows" will be denied all future appointments. Deposits are non-refundable, but are transferable if you reschedule.
