Service Description
*INCLUDES - Natural hair wash, silk press and Tape In installation for length and volume. (Style looks best if client has full edges.) Lasts 6 to 10 weeks. Hair not included - Order 2 weeks in advance. Book "Tape In Maintenance" 3 weeks out from this appointment right away. *MUST BE PROFESSIONALLY REMOVED - BOOK "Tape In Removal" no further than 10 weeks out! *TAPE IN'S ARE NOT A PROTECTIVE STYLE! AS YOUR NATURAL HAIR IS NOT PUT AWAY, BUT IS INSTEAD BLENDED WITH THE EXTENSIONS ALL THROUGHOUT! *RLC TAPE IN EXTENSIONS ONLY, ORDER 2 WEEKS BEFORE APPOINTMENT. ***ALWAYS DETANGLE YOUR HAIR WHILE REMOVING YOUR PREVIOUS PROTECTIVE STYLE. Clients with excessive tangling/matting risk cancellation or additional charges as it takes extra time.***
Cancellation Policy
If you can't make it to your appointment, please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before the appointment time by going to www.rockkaluxecollection.com and logging in to your account. "No Shows" will be denied all future appointments. Deposits are non-refundable, but are transferable if you reschedule.
