Service Description
DROP-OFF SERVICE ONLY! Please drop your wig off for this service. When you arrive, we will schedule a pick-up time. INCLUDES: - Closure removal and replacement - Wig wash - Straighten - Wig comb replacements if needed - Wig band replacement if needed DOES NOT INCLUDE: - New closure! Purchase by clicking the "shop" tab. PURCHASE RECOMMENDATION: Purchase the same size closure that you currently have on your wig. Example: 5x5, 6x6 etc. ADDITIONAL CHARGE: - Curls NOTE: Services available exclusively for wigs purchased from Rockka Luxe Collection.
Cancellation Policy
If you can't make it to your appointment, please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before the appointment time by going to www.rockkaluxecollection.com and logging in to your account. "No Shows" will be denied all future appointments. Deposits are non-refundable, but are transferable if you reschedule.
