AS YOUR NATURAL HAIR IS NOT PUT AWAY, BUT IS INSTEAD BLENDED WITH THE EXTENSIONS ALL THROUGHOUT! ***ALWAYS DETANGLE YOUR HAIR WHILE REMOVING YOUR PREVIOUS PROTECTIVE STYLE. Clients with excessive tangling/matting risk cancellation or additional charges as it takes extra time.***
Cancellation Policy
If you can't make it to your appointment, please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before the appointment time by going to www.rockkaluxecollection.com and logging in to your account. "No Shows" will be denied all future appointments. Deposits are non-refundable, but are transferable if you reschedule.
